ACTSports recreational soccer league is for boys and girls, who are between the ages of 6 and 12 years old by 03/01/2024.

Registration Fee: 

$70/player
 

Player Assessments

Assessments will take place on Tuesday, March 12th from 5:30 PM– 7:30 PM – based on numbers.  Assessments will be broken up by age. Please note this is not a tryout, simply an assessment to help us, place players. We reserve the right to adjust players based on skill in order to provide the best overall experience.

Assessment Times: 

Ages 6-8 Years Old: 5:30 - 6:30 PM

Ages 9-12 Years old: 6:30 - 7:30 PM

 

Practices and Games

Soccer practices will take place on Tuesdays and Thursdays. Lower League (Ages 6 to 8) is from 5:30 to 6:30 PM. Upper League (Ages 9 to 12) is from 6:15 to 7:30 PM. Your child's practice time will be assigned by the ACTSports Staff after player assessments are completed to best maximize the player's experience.  Please be sure they can attend whichever practice time they are assigned.  

The first practice will be held Thursday, March 21st. You will be notified the week prior to practice whether your child is in the early or late practice time slot.  

There will be a scrimmage held March 30th. The first game will be April 6th. Playoffs are May 14th, 16th, and 18th.

All practices and games will take place at Victory Worship Center (VWC), located at 200 Hammond Lane in Staunton, VA. 
 

Team Time

Once a week, players will have Team Time for 3-5 minutes during practice. Team Time is the part of the ACTSports program that teaches character development from a Biblical perspective and ties the Bible to a life/sports lesson.  
 

Picture Day

Individual and team pictures will be taken during the season.  More information to come.
 

Registration Refund Deadline

Registration ends on March 12th, 2024.  No refunds will be given after this deadline.
