Referees

Referees play a crucial role in the success of our games and the overall season. We offer training and support to equip our referees, although prior knowledge of the game is highly beneficial. All referees must be in 9th grade or above. This is a paid role.

Volunteer Requirements

Volunteers are essential for a successful season. Each family will be assigned a volunteer role. If you cannot fulfill your assigned duty, please use the team chat on the SportsEngine app to arrange a switch with another person. Detailed instructions will be available at the volunteer table, and the head referee will provide guidance and assistance on game day.

  1. Clock/Scoreboard: We provide instruction and assistance (no previous experience necessary)
  2. Down Markers: Volunteers are needed for each game to change the down markers (referees provide assistance for this)
  3. Clean Up/Tear Down: Assistance with clean up/tear down of the fields and grounds following games
